The City is considering changing Station Pointe zoning from direct
control (DC1) to the standard zone of low rise apartment housing (RA7).
The goal of this change is to allow more options for development at Station Pointe. This would mean moving away from the original plan requiring high density or tower apartments, and instead moving towards lower density housing. Lower density housing includes townhomes and low rise apartments.
