is hosting a

Self Defense Class

Instructed by Tip of Spear

This is free and open to all Belvedere and Balwin Residents. For any age, gender, or physical capability.

Class is now full and registration is CLOSED.
There are no walk ins.

This is not a martial arts class. It’s a defensive tactics/self-defense system. The goal is to avoid, evade, and escape from danger first. Additional tools are for when we cannot escape (due to physical limitations) or if trapped.
